Samsung finally launched the eagerly-awaited Galaxy S4 in India on Friday. The flagship smartphone from the Korean giant will be available in the Indian market for Rs 41,500, first on Samsung's e-store today and in select retail stores from tomorrow.
In India, the version of the phone is called the Exynos which will be powered by a 1.6GHz 8-core Exynos Octa 5 CPU (Its US version is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset).
Other specs:
The phone will have 2GB RAM.
16GB internal storage with provision to extend it through a micro SD card of up to 64GB.
Touchscreen: It has a 5-inch superAMOLED touchscreen that has 1920x1080p Full HD resolution.
The touchscreen is covered with Gorilla Glass 3, making it resistant to scratches.
Cameras: It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with a zero shutter lag and a 2-megapixel front camera capable of recording videos in Full HD at 30fps.
Connectivity: NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi
Battery: 2,600-mAh battery and a built-in IR Blaster
